That is example of FAQ of patchplants.com website, which looks very good. I wanted to keep mine a bit like that but in simplier version.

I have included just most common questions,such as order info or return policy. I have just began with the business, and will add more questions when customer will ask them. Moreover, I have added the buttons to share questions on customers social media pages, in this case its Facebook and Twitter.
