Invention of E-commerce

Online shopping was invented in 1979 in United Kingdom by producer Michael Aldrich. The british entrepreneur connected converted home television to business processing computer via telephone line. In 1980 this operation was advertised as business-to-business systems and were sold in countries such as UK, Ireland and Spain. But E-commerce beginnings dates back to 1960s when Electronic Data Interchange made a way to electronic commerce (Miva, 2011).
